The HK VP9 F is the small-hand variant of the original VP9 platform, engineered with reduced trigger reach, a slimmer grip circumference, and lighter slide racking effort while preserving the full-size service-pistol characteristics that made the VP9 a striker-fired benchmark. Built on HK's ergonomic polymer frame with the signature paddle magazine release, the VP9 F was developed in response to demand from shooters who found standard duty pistols oversized for their hands but still wanted full-size handling. Configured for Massachusetts compliance with two 10-round magazines.

The F-variant's reduced trigger reach lets shooters with smaller hands index the trigger naturally, rather than having to shift grip mid-press. A reduced-effort recoil spring drops slide racking force by roughly 20%, addressing one of the most common ergonomic complaints with full-size service pistols.
