The Barrett MRAD SMR in .338 Lapua Magnum is Barrett's Multi-Role Adaptive Design precision rifle, currently in service with U.S. Special Operations as the MK22 Advanced Sniper System. .338 Lapua Magnum is the long-established standard for extreme-long-range military and police precision use, with documented 2,000+ yard performance. The MRAD platform features a user-changeable barrel system, allowing one chassis to migrate between calibers and barrel lengths with the change of a few bolts.
