The LMT AR-15 5.56mm Full-Auto Bolt Carrier Group is built to LMT's mil-spec full-auto profile, with the heavier carrier mass and trip lever interface required for select-fire compatibility. Machined from Carpenter 158 steel and shot-peened, the bolt is high-pressure tested and magnetic-particle inspected. The full-auto carrier profile also benefits semi-auto AR-15s by adding mass for smoother cycling and reducing felt recoil. Finished in mil-spec manganese phosphate.
