The Alpha Foxtrot AF1911 Romulus is a modern reinterpretation of the 1911 platform, engineered for superior accuracy, recoil control, and seamless red dot integration. Chambered in 9MM with a 4.25" compensated barrel, the Romulus integrates a factory compensator into the slide for dramatically reduced muzzle rise compared to a standard 1911, while preserving the trigger feel and frame ergonomics that defined the platform for over a century. This 4.25" comped configuration sits between the carry-class shorter Romulus variants and a full-size 5" 1911 duty-grade slide length with carry-class portability.

The Romulus uses a fully serialized polymer-grip frame as the host, with the supporting slide, barrel, and components needed for a complete build. The integrated compensator routes propellant gases upward to push the muzzle down during recoil, which combined with the 1911's low bore axis gives the Romulus one of the flattest-shooting recoil impulses of any 9mm 1911 in production. The optic-ready slide accepts most popular pistol red-dot footprints, and 1911 trigger geometry remains the gold standard for crisp single-action breaks.
